These terms govern your use of the Mantle website at mantle.ie and, where applicable, the Mantle platform. By using the site you agree to them. They are operated by Mantle, an Irish company.
This website is provided for information about Mantle and our platform. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it. We may update or change the site and these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
Where you access a private gallery, place an order, or otherwise use the Mantle platform, additional service terms apply at the point of use — covering ordering, pricing, delivery and refunds. Those terms, together with our Privacy notice, govern that relationship. Photographs and galleries are made available securely and for a limited period, as described in the Privacy notice.
If you are an operator working with Mantle, the commercial relationship — including revenue share, responsibilities, branding and data roles — is set out in a separate written agreement between your business and Mantle. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
The Mantle name, brand, site design and platform are the property of Mantle unless stated otherwise. Operators retain their own brand and identity. Customers retain rights in their own photographs as described at the point of purchase.
We work hard to keep the site and platform accurate and available, but provide the website on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
